Built-in Email

Matter Inbox

Monitor and review emails and activities across all matters in a single location. Any incoming email not associated with a specific matter appears in the main inbox, allowing you to easily delete the email, create a new matter from it, or link it to an existing matter.

Matter Emails

All emails related to a matter are automatically saved within the matter's conversation, with attachments embedded and preserved. These attachments are also automatically saved in the Files Tab for easy access. Each email’s record is captured in the matter's timeline, keeping a clear and comprehensive log. Notifications alert you to new emails, enabling you to review all relevant messages without navigating away from the matter. Quick links make replying convenient, connecting you directly to emails requiring a response.

Electronic Signatures with DocuSign Integration

Send documents for electronic signatures with integrated DocuSign directly from Claimvoyance, eliminating the need to switch between platforms. Completed signature tasks are automatically saved, marked as done, and stored in the matter file for streamlined organization.

Keep clients updated automatically on case progress by sharing portions of the matter. Clients can access their shared files through a secure link, where they can view completed tasks, ongoing activities, and scheduled events in the Matter calendar. They can also view documents placed in the shared folder or upload their documents directly to the shared file, making collaboration and updates straightforward.

Matter Task Lists

Access task lists within each matter, and use them to automate the workflow end-to-end. Deadlines are automatically calendared, and future tasks are triggered by key events. Quickly complete tasks by generating emails and documents, attaching letters, and marking tasks as done—all without leaving the matter. Files are saved in the Files Tab, where they can be organized with drag-and-drop functionality. When tasks are completed, time entries are automatically added, and any resulting deadlines are scheduled, ensuring that subsequent tasks are ready and assigned.

View tasks assigned to all users in the Tasks Tab, where you can also monitor tasks assigned to others. Edit matter tasks, link emails, documents, and billing entries, and assign statuses and priorities to keep everything on track. New tasks can also be created from a single location for any matter.

All matters can be viewed in the Matters Tab, with filter options to display only specific cases. This feature provides easy oversight of ongoing matters.
